Stand as a knight of the Holy Orders with this Crusader Great Helm, a bold reproduction of one of the most recognizable helmets of the High Middle Ages. First rising to prominence in the late 12th century, this cylindrical helm became a standard for Crusader knights, favored for its full-face protection and imposing silhouette.

Hand-forged from durable mild steel, this version features a riveted brass cross across the faceplate—both a defensive reinforcement and a spiritual emblem of the Crusades. Knights Templar and Crusader brethren wore such helms to signal their devotion as much as their martial might.

The helm includes narrow vision slits and ventilation slots, maintaining authenticity while ensuring breathability for LARP, stage combat, or extended wear. Inside, a padded liner and adjustable leather chin strap provide comfort and security, making it practical for active roleplay or display as part of a full knightly harness.
